Had an issue with a key, but they immediately refunded me and sent a coupon. Great customer service! Also a cool kiosk experience.

Key copy was perfect, fairly quick but expensive at $8.60ish.

While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Key copying is good but $7.99 plus tax for one key. Come on!

BEST locksmith in San Francisco! I lost my mailbox key, called him after work, and he was at my house in 10 minutes. He's quick and very professional and reasonably priced! I definitely recommend him!

Car keys were sent by mail and worked great. Door keys cut on spot did not work and were more expensive than hardware store keys. Still, saved a few hundred dollars with the car key programming!

I was thrilled to be able to copy my apartment building's key....my landlord charges $100 (!) for a duplicate! I will definitely use the KeyMe kiosk again!

I liked the ease of useing a kiosk and rrally love the option to save my key digitally. Only thing i would say is that the cost per key is kinda high and the copies i got felt like they were made from a very lightweight material.

So far, only one of the three keys I made had a bit of trouble on its first use but worked fine when I tried using it again. I love the almost contactless operation, no face to face encounter in a crowded hardware store. It was just me at your kiosk in a wide open area. On a side note, my partner whom played in a rock band long ago, loves the Fender Stratocaster shaped key, it is her second favorite guitar after the Wes Paul.
